Job Requirements
- Minimum two years' experience in a managerial position such as assistant manager or general manager in a high volume restaurant
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and organizational abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- No degree required
- Availability to work days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Experience in scheduling and inventory management
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences

Job Duties
- Assist in maintaining the planned bar and restaurant cost of sales
- Hire, train, and manage an effective and collaborative group of team members, providing ongoing feedback on their job performance
- Research and develop new menus
- Follow control policies that elevate service standards for guests that align
- Schedule and oversee daily operations for all assigned food and beverage outlets
- Perform monthly inventory checks and ensure accurate stock management
- Ensure an excellent guest experience through quality service and staff mentorship
