Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service roles
- ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously

Job Duties
- oversee food and beverage operations across banquets, restaurant, room service, and bar
- schedule staff shifts efficiently to cover all service areas
- train and develop food and beverage team members
- coordinate between departments to ensure seamless service
- monitor and maintain quality standards in food and beverage service
- handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- assist in inventory management and procurement processes
