Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Director in a luxury or lifestyle hotel or upscale dining environment
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach to operations
- Excellent guest relations and team-building skills
- Local market knowledge preferred
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead daily food & beverage operations across multiple outlets
- Mentor and manage a diverse team including front-of-house supervisors and staff
- Partner with the Executive Chef and GM to maintain brand standards, quality control, and service excellence
- Drive revenue through service innovation, seasonal offerings, and community engagement
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local regulations
- Develop and implement creative programming to enhance guest experiences
- Foster a culture of excellence and professionalism among team members
