Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage management
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • budget management experience
  • knowledge of menu planning
  • inventory management skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • proficient in menu planning and development
  • understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification is a plus
