- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours typical of fine-dining service
- Prior experience working in restaurants with Italian cuisine or wine-forward beverage programs is preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee all daily front-of-house operations including dining room, bar, reservations, and events to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality guest service
- Manage and mentor front-of-house staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews fostering a team environment rooted in hospitality and professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar leadership to ensure timely, coordinated service from order to plate and glass
- Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service quality upholding Le Specialita's standards for presentation, consistency, and hospitality
- Oversee inventory control and ordering for the beverage program including wine, cocktails, liquor, and bar supplies monitor costs, portion control, and supplier relationships
- Work with management to coordinate reservations, private events, and large tables optimizing seating capacity, flow, and guest satisfaction
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Promote the restaurant's brand identity, culture, and guest experience standards ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and immersed in the Le Specialita experience
- Assist in developing and executing promotional events, seasonal menu rollouts, and beverage menu updates including wine and cocktails in line with the restaurant's concept
