Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of food and beverage supervisory or management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and prepare data on computer
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to push and pull food serving equipment up to 200 pounds
  • Luxury hotel experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of previous food and beverage supervisory or management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and analyze data and figures generated by computer
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages
  • Experience in luxury hotel environment is a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership and guidance on food and beverage concepts
  • Drive hotel profitability through revenue generation in food and beverage outlets and cost control
  • Interact positively with guests and promote hotel facilities and services
  • Resolve guest and operational issues to the satisfaction of involved parties
  • Maintain communication with all departments to ensure guest service needs are met
  • Oversee selection, training, and development of leadership personnel
  • Implement cost control measures and revenue enhancement strategies
  • Ensure department adheres to safety and sanitation policies
  • Create and maintain staffing schedules ensuring appropriate coverage
  • Maintain high standards of service excellence and food quality
  • Deliver memorable guest experiences and create WOW moments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
