Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of food and beverage supervisory or management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and prepare data on computer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to push and pull food serving equipment up to 200 pounds
- Luxury hotel experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of previous food and beverage supervisory or management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare and analyze data and figures generated by computer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages
- Experience in luxury hotel environment is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide strategic and operational leadership and guidance on food and beverage concepts
- Drive hotel profitability through revenue generation in food and beverage outlets and cost control
- Interact positively with guests and promote hotel facilities and services
- Resolve guest and operational issues to the satisfaction of involved parties
- Maintain communication with all departments to ensure guest service needs are met
- Oversee selection, training, and development of leadership personnel
- Implement cost control measures and revenue enhancement strategies
- Ensure department adheres to safety and sanitation policies
- Create and maintain staffing schedules ensuring appropriate coverage
- Maintain high standards of service excellence and food quality
- Deliver memorable guest experiences and create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
