Job Requirements

  • must possess authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • must be at least 21 years of age prior to program start date
  • must provide own housing and transportation to and from work
  • must be able to talk, hear, walk and stand for up to 8 hours
  • must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, and have hand, finger and wrist dexterity
  • must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • must be able to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
  • must have completed or be committed to completing a degree in hospitality, human resources, sales and marketing, food and beverage, or business administration within one year
  • must communicate fluently in English

Job Qualifications

  • previous knowledge and experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • ability to communicate fluently in English

Job Duties

  • comprehend structure, roles and responsibilities within the department
  • create departmental schedules and manage payroll reporting
  • forecast operational requirements to ensure superior guest experience
  • fulfill special guest requests involving dietary restrictions or special occasions
  • identify and correct imperfections and blemishes within the hotel
  • communicate effectively with other departments to maintain alignment
  • deliver exceptional guest service and work independently
