Job Duties
- Gain first-hand experience doing a rotational training, providing personalized and gracious service in the Pen Top Bar, Clement Restaurant & Bar, Gotham Lounge and In Room Dining
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage management team to perform pre and after-service procedures as per Peninsula standards
- Understand and accurately deliver the defined sequence of service
- Ensure consistency of the Food & Beverage service and food offerings
