- Recent graduate from an accredited Hotel Management program
- Work authorization in the United States or qualification to obtain a J-1 Visa
- Excellent organizational and communications skills

Job Duties
- Gain first-hand experience doing a rotational training providing personalized and gracious service in the The Pen Top Bar Clement Restaurant & Bar Gotham Lounge and In Room Dining
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage management team to perform pre and after-service procedures as per Peninsula standards
- Understand and accurately deliver the defined sequence of service
- Ensure consistency of the Food & Beverage service and food offerings
