- excellent organizational and communications skills

- work authorization in the united states or eligibility to obtain a j-1 visa

Job Duties
- gain first-hand experience doing a rotational training providing personalized and gracious service in the pen top bar clement restaurant & bar gotham lounge and in room dining
- work closely with the food & beverage management team to perform pre and after-service procedures as per peninsula standards
- understand and accurately deliver the defined sequence of service
- ensure consistency of the food & beverage service and food offerings
