  • recent graduate from an accredited hotel management program
  • excellent organizational and communications skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate appropriate prioritization skills
  • strong leadership and motivational skills
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • customer-service oriented
  • work authorization in the united states or eligibility to obtain a j-1 visa

Job Duties

  • gain first-hand experience doing a rotational training providing personalized and gracious service in the pen top bar clement restaurant & bar gotham lounge and in room dining
  • work closely with the food & beverage management team to perform pre and after-service procedures as per peninsula standards
  • understand and accurately deliver the defined sequence of service
  • ensure consistency of the food & beverage service and food offerings
