Job Requirements
- College degree preferably in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
- Excellent reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in English
- Good organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work holidays, weekdays, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts
- Possess legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Develop guest rapport to ensure high guest comment card scores consistently above benchmark
- Maintain restaurant floor presence with food and beverage knowledge and adherence to service standards
- Manage inventory controls including international wines, spirits, and beers
- Support and understand innovative mixology program
- Display openness to innovation and showcase craftsmanship in service
- Collaborate with assigned department heads during duty rotations
- Uphold Four Seasons' standards for luxury and guest satisfaction
