Job Requirements

  • College degree preferably in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
  • Excellent reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in English
  • Good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work holidays, weekdays, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts
  • Possess legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Develop guest rapport to ensure high guest comment card scores consistently above benchmark
  • Maintain restaurant floor presence with food and beverage knowledge and adherence to service standards
  • Manage inventory controls including international wines, spirits, and beers
  • Support and understand innovative mixology program
  • Display openness to innovation and showcase craftsmanship in service
  • Collaborate with assigned department heads during duty rotations
  • Uphold Four Seasons' standards for luxury and guest satisfaction
