Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management
- Full availability between 11am and 12am
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with food and beverage point of sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to upholding Hilton's values and standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury hotel or bar environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Familiarity with health, safety and sanitation regulations
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service
Job Duties
- Directs and organizes the activities of the Food and Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
- Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food and Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation
- Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
- Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
