Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in food and beverage operations
- strong background in beverage program management
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- availability to work full shifts between 11 am and 12 am
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
- ability to manage and lead a team of 25 staff members

- exceptional customer service and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Directs and organizes the activities of the food and beverage departments to maintain high standards of quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
- plans and directs the function of administration and daily operations of the food and beverage department
- implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits
- interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
