Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in food and beverage operations
  • strong background in beverage program management
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • availability to work full shifts between 11 am and 12 am
  • excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • ability to manage and lead a team of 25 staff members

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in food and beverage operations
  • strong background in beverage program management
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • experience in a high-volume hospitality environment

Job Duties

  • Directs and organizes the activities of the food and beverage departments to maintain high standards of quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
  • plans and directs the function of administration and daily operations of the food and beverage department
  • implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
  • ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits
  • interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
