Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a hotel or multi-outlet operation
  • Proven leadership experience in restaurant, bar, and event operations
  • Certification in Food Safety (ServSafe or equivalent) and Responsible Alcohol Service preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Knowledge of Maricopa County health codes, liquor laws, and food safety regulations
  • Experience ensuring compliance with labor laws, alcohol service laws, and employee safety regulations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist in ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction across all dining experiences
  • Maintain high service standards, ensuring a fast, friendly, and efficient dining experience
  • Address guest concerns, feedback, and special requests to enhance satisfaction
  • Implement cost control measures for food, beverage, and labor expenses
  • Collaborate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality ingredients
  • Support the hiring, training, and management of F&B staff, fostering a motivated and customer-focused team
  • Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and enforce company policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employee safety regulations
  • Work with the Director of F&B and Marketing team to create and execute promotions, seasonal menus, and special events
  • Develop local partnerships and collaborations to increase foot traffic
  • Ensure adherence to Maricopa County health codes, liquor laws, and food safety regulations
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintain proper sanitation and hygiene standards
  • Oversee alcohol service compliance and staff training for responsible serving
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with timely orders for food, beverages, and supplies
  • Reduce waste through effective inventory management and portion control
  • Ensure proper use of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems for accurate order taking and billing
  • Work closely with the General Manager, Director of F&B, and other department heads to align F&B services with overall hotel goals
  • Create a comfortable atmosphere to encourage committed and loyal employees
  • Oversee hiring and training programs for food and beverage personnel
  • Develop management skills in employees
  • Oversee weekly payroll for department
  • Assist in all Food and Beverage outlets in whatever capacity needed
