Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a hotel or multi-outlet operation
- Proven leadership experience in restaurant, bar, and event operations
- Certification in Food Safety (ServSafe or equivalent) and Responsible Alcohol Service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of Maricopa County health codes, liquor laws, and food safety regulations
- Experience ensuring compliance with labor laws, alcohol service laws, and employee safety regulations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist in ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction across all dining experiences
- Maintain high service standards, ensuring a fast, friendly, and efficient dining experience
- Address guest concerns, feedback, and special requests to enhance satisfaction
- Implement cost control measures for food, beverage, and labor expenses
- Collaborate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality ingredients
- Support the hiring, training, and management of F&B staff, fostering a motivated and customer-focused team
- Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and enforce company policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employee safety regulations
- Work with the Director of F&B and Marketing team to create and execute promotions, seasonal menus, and special events
- Develop local partnerships and collaborations to increase foot traffic
- Ensure adherence to Maricopa County health codes, liquor laws, and food safety regulations
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain proper sanitation and hygiene standards
- Oversee alcohol service compliance and staff training for responsible serving
- Monitor stock levels and assist with timely orders for food, beverages, and supplies
- Reduce waste through effective inventory management and portion control
- Ensure proper use of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems for accurate order taking and billing
- Work closely with the General Manager, Director of F&B, and other department heads to align F&B services with overall hotel goals
- Create a comfortable atmosphere to encourage committed and loyal employees
- Oversee hiring and training programs for food and beverage personnel
- Develop management skills in employees
- Oversee weekly payroll for department
- Assist in all Food and Beverage outlets in whatever capacity needed
