  • 3+ years of supervisory/training food and beverage experience
  • 2+ years of banquet/event catering experience
  • labor management experience
  • food and beverage costing experience
  • ability to maintain food safety and sanitation certifications
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

  • experience with food and beverage costing
  • knowledge of sanitation and food handling safety procedures
  • excellent leadership and team management skills
  • strong organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Trains and supervises staff
  • orders beverages and supplies to ensure adequate supplies are always available to guests
  • ensures consistent cleanliness, orderliness and maintenance of kitchen and guest dining areas
  • provides quality and visually appetizing food and beverages
  • follows required sanitation procedures for food handling safety
  • obtains and maintains any food or beverage handling certifications that may apply
  • partners with sales staff to fully execute catering and banquet orders
  • ensures timing of food preparation to meet banquet event order specifications
  • adheres to budgeted and brand standard guidelines for cost of food and beverage items and labor costs
  • performs other duties as assigned
