Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in food and beverage or equivalent
  • Alcohol awareness certification or valid health food handler card
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to operate POS system and manage inventory
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Some college and or advanced training in food and beverage management
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Alcohol awareness certification food service permit or valid health food handler card as required
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience including supervisory experience or equivalent combination
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
  • Ability to work required shifts
  • Knowledge of brand standards and POS systems
  • Ability to motivate lead and develop a team
  • Ability to read interpret and analyze financial reports
  • Bilingual skills preferred depending on market

Job Duties

  • Recruit train supervise and develop restaurant staff including hosts servers cooks bartenders and dishwashers
  • Train associates to deliver compliance with brand standards
  • Develop team performance through coaching feedback and goal setting
  • Manage daily staffing plans based on occupancy forecasts
  • Conduct pre shift and departmental meetings to communicate key information
  • Handle employee complaints conflicts questions and suggestions
  • Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals
  • Assist guests with requests concerns and maintain high guest satisfaction
  • Manage banquet facilities ensuring cleanliness stocking and readiness
  • Monitor food quality service standards temperatures appearance and preparation methods
  • Control payroll equipment costs and maintain profitability
  • Maintain inventory levels order supplies and stock shelves
  • Implement cost saving and profit enhancing measures
  • Ensure compliance with health safety brand and legal requirements
  • Promote hotel food and beverage marketing programs
  • Ensure secure storage and replenishment of food and drink stock
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed
