Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage management
  • Experience managing multiple outlets or units
  • Knowledge of beverage service and standards
  • Experience in upscale casual or fine dining settings
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of food and beverage management experience within a hotel, country club, or similar environment
  • Multi-unit or outlet management experience preferably in a hotel
  • Strong beverage background
  • Upscale casual and or fine dining experience
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible and varied schedule

Job Duties

  • Manage daily banquet and outlet operations to ensure guest service standards and profitability
  • Implement marketing initiatives and department policies
  • Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision and training
  • Assess product, service, and satisfaction trends to make improvements
  • Control food, beverage, and labor costs effectively
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Conduct interviews, onboarding, scheduling, and staff evaluations
