Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to a high school diploma or higher
- Proven food and beverage management experience in a hotel or country club setting
- Experience managing multiple outlets or units
- Demonstrated knowledge of beverage programs
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of food and beverage management experience within a hotel, country club, or similar environment
- Multi-unit or multi-outlet management experience preferably within a hotel
- Strong beverage background
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Experience in upscale casual and/or fine dining
- Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule
Job Duties
- Manage daily banquet and outlet operations including guest service standards and initiatives
- Monitor and develop team member performance including supervision, professional development, counseling, and recognition
- Monitor and assess product, service, and satisfaction trends and implement improvements
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to maximize revenue
- Interview, onboard, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff
