Job Requirements

  • Education equivalent to a high school diploma or higher
  • Proven food and beverage management experience in a hotel or country club setting
  • Experience managing multiple outlets or units
  • Demonstrated knowledge of beverage programs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of food and beverage management experience within a hotel, country club, or similar environment
  • Multi-unit or multi-outlet management experience preferably within a hotel
  • Strong beverage background
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience in upscale casual and/or fine dining
  • Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule

Job Duties

  • Manage daily banquet and outlet operations including guest service standards and initiatives
  • Monitor and develop team member performance including supervision, professional development, counseling, and recognition
  • Monitor and assess product, service, and satisfaction trends and implement improvements
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to maximize revenue
  • Interview, onboard, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff
