Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage management
  • experience in high-volume upscale restaurant or hotel operations
  • proven leadership skills
  • knowledge of food and beverage cost controls
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of food and beverage management experience within hotel or country club environment
  • multi-unit or outlet management experience preferably within hotel
  • strong beverage background
  • strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • upscale casual and/or fine dining experience
  • ability to work a flexible and varied schedule

Job Duties

  • Manage daily banquet and outlet operations including guest service standards and initiatives
  • implement marketing initiatives and apply systems use and management
  • oversee department management, policy and procedure enforcement
  • monitor and develop team member performance with supervision and professional development
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • implement cost controls on food, beverage, and labor
  • initiate and execute marketing and upselling techniques to maximize revenue
  • interview, onboard, and provide ongoing training to team members
  • supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff
