Job Requirements
- minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage management
- experience in high-volume upscale restaurant or hotel operations
- proven leadership skills
- knowledge of food and beverage cost controls
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of food and beverage management experience within hotel or country club environment
- multi-unit or outlet management experience preferably within hotel
- strong beverage background
- strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- upscale casual and/or fine dining experience
- ability to work a flexible and varied schedule
Job Duties
- Manage daily banquet and outlet operations including guest service standards and initiatives
- implement marketing initiatives and apply systems use and management
- oversee department management, policy and procedure enforcement
- monitor and develop team member performance with supervision and professional development
- ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- implement cost controls on food, beverage, and labor
- initiate and execute marketing and upselling techniques to maximize revenue
- interview, onboard, and provide ongoing training to team members
- supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff
