Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • minimum two years of food and beverage management experience
  • availability to work full shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to manage multiple food and beverage outlets
  • knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of food and beverage management experience
  • experience in high-volume, beverage-forward environments
  • background in hotel operations preferred
  • prior union management experience highly preferred
  • strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work full availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage all outlet operations including guest service standards and initiatives
  • oversee product quality, cost controls, and overall profitability
  • implement marketing initiatives and upselling techniques
  • supervise team member performance and provide professional development
  • monitor guest satisfaction trends and address issues
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • recruit, interview, and train team members
