Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- minimum two years of food and beverage management experience
- availability to work full shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- ability to manage multiple food and beverage outlets
- knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of food and beverage management experience
- experience in high-volume, beverage-forward environments
- background in hotel operations preferred
- prior union management experience highly preferred
- strong leadership and mentoring skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work full availability including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Manage all outlet operations including guest service standards and initiatives
- oversee product quality, cost controls, and overall profitability
- implement marketing initiatives and upselling techniques
- supervise team member performance and provide professional development
- monitor guest satisfaction trends and address issues
- ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- recruit, interview, and train team members
