Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of food and beverage management experience in a high volume setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks effectively
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- At least 2 years of food and beverage management experience in a high volume setting
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple food and beverage outlets effectively
- Proven ability to control food, beverage and labor costs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with hospitality management software is a plus
Job Duties
- Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
- Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation
- Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
- Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
