Job Requirements
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage management
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of food and beverage management in a high volume setting
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Passion for food and beverage and exceptional service
- Ability to manage multiple food and beverage outlets
- Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in cost control and budgeting
Job Duties
- Directs and organizes the activities of the food and beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
- Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the food and beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation
- Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
- Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
