Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years supervisory or lead experience in food and beverage
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Must be team-oriented and hands-on
  • Prior hotel experience preferred

  • 1-2 years of supervisory or lead experience
  • Prior hotel experience preferred
  • Experience in pool and beach service preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage budgets and forecast operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in the management of all food and beverage operations including guest service, food and beverage quality, inventory management, outlet reservations and occupancy, systems management, budget and forecasting, marketing, report generation, department management and meeting participation and facilitation
  • Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation and monitor cost and portion controls
  • Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance including supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
  • Meet and greet guests and respond to inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner and resolve guest concerns
  • Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and make improvements accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
