Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage
- prior experience in hotel food and beverage operations preferred
- availability to work full shifts including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- strong customer service skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of health safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- strong food and beverage background
- 1-2 years of supervisory or lead experience
- prior hotel experience preferred
- experience with pool and beach service preferred
- hands-on and team-oriented leadership skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage budgets and forecast effectively
Job Duties
- assist in the management of all food and beverage operations including guest service food and beverage quality inventory management outlet reservations and occupancy systems management budget and forecasting marketing report generation department management and meeting participation and facilitation
- ensure consistency in food quality and presentation and monitor cost and portion controls
- assist in monitoring and developing team member performance including supervision professional development scheduling counseling evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
- meet and greet guests and respond to guest inquiries requests and issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner and resolve guest concerns
- monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
- ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- assist in recruiting interviewing and training team members
