Job Requirements
- full availability
- ability to supervise 10-15 front of the house team members per shift
- strong interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food and beverage operations
- experience with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- prior leadership experience in a hotel setting preferred
- understanding of union knowledge preferred

Job Duties
- Direct and organize the activities of the food and beverage departments to maintain high standards of quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the food and beverage department to meet daily operational needs
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff
