Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years food and beverage leadership experience
- Prior hotel leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of union regulations preferred
- Experience in managing front-of-house teams
Job Duties
- Direct and organize the activities of food and beverage departments to maintain high standards of quality and service
- Plan and direct administrative and operational functions to meet daily needs
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Hire, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff
