Job Requirements
- Full availability to work varying shifts
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in food and beverage management
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards

- Excellent customer service orientation

Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of food and beverage leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Prior hotel leadership experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of union environments highly preferred
- Ability to manage a team of 10-15 employees
- Experience with cost control and operational planning
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Directs and organizes the activities of food and beverage departments to maintain high standards of quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits
- Plans and directs administrative and operational functions of the food and beverage department to meet daily needs
- Implements effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules, and evaluates staff
- Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality and customer service
- Oversees front-of-house team members and manages shift operations
