Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage leadership
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to implement and enforce policies
- knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
- capacity to manage budgets and control costs
- ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Job Qualifications
- minimum 1-2 years of experience in a food and beverage leadership role
- strong communication skills
- passion for implementing policies and procedures
- energetic and hands-on leadership style
- familiarity with union operations is a plus but not required
- demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of quality and service
- excellent team management and organizational skills
Job Duties
- direct and organize food and beverage department activities

- plan and direct food and beverage administration
- implement effective controls on food, beverage, and labor costs
