Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage leadership
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to implement and enforce policies
  • knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • capacity to manage budgets and control costs
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 1-2 years of experience in a food and beverage leadership role
  • strong communication skills
  • passion for implementing policies and procedures
  • energetic and hands-on leadership style
  • familiarity with union operations is a plus but not required
  • demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of quality and service
  • excellent team management and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • direct and organize food and beverage department activities
  • maintain high standards of food and beverage quality
  • maximize profits through exceptional customer service
  • plan and direct food and beverage administration
  • implement effective controls on food, beverage, and labor costs
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff
