Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts

  • Previous experience in a mid-high volume food and beverage operation
  • Proven success in consistently executing high-quality service in a professional atmosphere
  • Well-rounded background in restaurants and upscale dining
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Passion for mentoring and developing staff
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
  • Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff
