Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food and beverage management
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts

- Previous experience in a mid-high volume food and beverage operation
- Proven success in consistently executing high-quality service in a professional atmosphere
- Well-rounded background in restaurants and upscale dining
- Strong organizational skills
- Passion for mentoring and developing staff
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff
