Job Requirements

  • Education equivalent to a high school diploma
  • Prior experience in food and beverage management or related field
  • Ability to manage a team of over 60 employees
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to control food, beverage and labor costs
  • Commitment to Hilton’s values and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a mid-high volume food and beverage operation
  • Proven success of consistently executing high-quality service in a professional atmosphere
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for mentoring and developing a team
  • Well-rounded background in restaurants and upscale dining
  • Exceptional organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
  • Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
