Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in food and beverage management
- Ability to lead and manage a team of approximately 60 people
- Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to handle budgeting and cost control
- Flexibility to work varied shifts

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a mid-high volume Food & Beverage operation
- Proven success of consistently executing a high-quality service in a professional atmosphere
- Detail-oriented approach with a passion for mentoring and developing a team
- Well-rounded background in restaurants and upscale dining
- Exceptional organizational skills
Job Duties
- Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
