Job Requirements
- Experience in food and beverage management
- Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to plan and manage department budgets
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends

- Previous experience in a mid-high volume food and beverage operation
- Proven success in consistently executing a high-quality service in a professional atmosphere

- Well-rounded background in restaurants and upscale dining with exceptional organizational skills
Job Duties
- Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
