Job Requirements

  • Education and experience in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Prior experience managing food and beverage operations
  • Ability to maintain high-quality customer service standards
  • Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a mid-high volume food and beverage operation
  • Proven success of consistently executing high-quality service in a professional atmosphere
  • Detail-oriented approach to work with a passion for mentoring and developing a team
  • Well-rounded background in restaurants and upscale dining with exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

Job Duties

  • Direct and organize the activities of the food and beverage departments to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
  • Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the food and beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
