Job Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or Food & Beverage Manager
- Proven leadership skills in a multi-outlet, high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong change management capabilities
- Hands-on approach to team leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
- Familiarity with budgeting and resource management
Job Duties
- Oversee operations of four restaurants and bars along with in-room dining
- Lead and engage food and beverage teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Implement change management strategies effectively
- Monitor quality and productivity to maintain high service standards
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Manage budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation for food and beverage outlets
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance
