Job Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or Food & Beverage Manager
  • Proven leadership skills in a multi-outlet, high-volume hospitality environment
  • Strong change management capabilities
  • Hands-on approach to team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
  • Familiarity with budgeting and resource management

Job Duties

  • Oversee operations of four restaurants and bars along with in-room dining
  • Lead and engage food and beverage teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Implement change management strategies effectively
  • Monitor quality and productivity to maintain high service standards
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Manage budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation for food and beverage outlets
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance
