Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years experience in food and beverage management
  • ability to lead and engage teams effectively
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • availability to work flexible shifts
  • excellent communication skills
  • understanding of health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum three years experience as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager or Food and Beverage Manager
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • experience in multi-outlet high-volume food and beverage operations preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • proficiency in change management
  • commitment to quality and customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of four restaurants and bars and in-room dining
  • lead and develop food and beverage teams through a hands-on approach
  • implement and manage change effectively within the department
  • ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
  • collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences
