- minimum three years experience in food and beverage management
- ability to lead and engage teams effectively

Job Qualifications
- Minimum three years experience as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager or Food and Beverage Manager
- proven leadership and team management skills
- experience in multi-outlet high-volume food and beverage operations preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of four restaurants and bars and in-room dining
- lead and develop food and beverage teams through a hands-on approach
- implement and manage change effectively within the department
- ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences
