Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience as assistant food and beverage manager or food and beverage manager
- Experience in multi-outlet and high-volume food and beverage operations preferred
- Strong leadership and team engagement skills
- Excellent change management abilities
- Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
- Ability to manage multiple outlets simultaneously
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control in food and beverage settings
Job Duties
- Oversee operations of four restaurants and bars and in-room dining
- Manage food and beverage team members with a hands-on leadership style
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards
- Conduct change management initiatives to adapt to operational needs
- Develop and implement strategies for team engagement and productivity
- Monitor budgets and control costs while maximizing revenues
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
