Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- ServSafe certification ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies
- Ability to perform physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing regularly, and working in loud environments
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous supervisory experience in a full service or high-volume restaurant preferred
- Ability to earn and maintain ServSafe certification
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Ability to train and motivate personnel
- Excellent motivational, communication and customer service skills
- Organizational development and personnel assessment skills
- Knowledge of food cost and labor analysis
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
Job Duties
- Responsible for directing all Food & Beverage and casino beverage operations
- Develop team member to provide exceptional service, products and value to guests while maximizing profitability
- Think strategically and operationally about pricing, quality, marketing, price/value perceptions, customer satisfaction, employee training and development
- Develop financial, business and capital expenditure plans consistent with the property’s strategic positioning
- Respond to changes in planning assumptions and alter plans as necessary
- Provide leadership and demonstrate behavior consistent with the Code of Conduct
- Ensure receiving, holding and issuance of products meet quality and control standards
