Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality
  • Prior private club or high-volume dining experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Ability to operate POS systems and manage inventory

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality strongly preferred
  • Prior private club or high-volume dining experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
  • A passion for hospitality

Job Duties

  • Deliver and model platinum-level member service at all times
  • Support Outlet Managers with daily FOH operations, scheduling, training, and service execution
  • Lead, coach, and motivate 20-30 service team members depending on outlet assignment
  • Ensure readiness, cleanliness, and proper set-up of dining areas
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures
  • Operate POS systems, assist with beverage and supply inventory, and uphold service standards and Club policies
  • Participate in management and service meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
