Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality
- Prior private club or high-volume dining experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to operate POS systems and manage inventory
Job Qualifications

- 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality strongly preferred
- Prior private club or high-volume dining experience is a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal relationship skills
- Knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards

Job Duties
- Deliver and model platinum-level member service at all times
- Support Outlet Managers with daily FOH operations, scheduling, training, and service execution
- Lead, coach, and motivate 20-30 service team members depending on outlet assignment
- Ensure readiness, cleanliness, and proper set-up of dining areas
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Operate POS systems, assist with beverage and supply inventory, and uphold service standards and Club policies
- Participate in management and service meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
