Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
- proven food and beverage management experience
- working knowledge of various computer software programs including MS Office, restaurant management software and POS
- ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- mastery in delegating multiple tasks
- communication and leadership skills
- up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices
- must work a minimum of 50+ hours per week
- ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- guest-oriented and service minded
- TIPS or CARE beverage service training and certification or ability to obtain local certifications
- ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds consistently
- ability to complete physically demanding responsibilities such as walking, standing, carrying and lifting continuously throughout the shift

Job Duties
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines for food, liquor and payroll to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service and resolve customer complaints as appropriate
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Market the Food and Beverage outlet, package deals, promotions, displays, decorations and presentations within corporate guidelines to capture more in-house guests and a larger share of the local market to meet/exceed sales and financial goals and objectives
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Establish schedules and follow all policies and procedures
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report to management regarding sales results and productivity
- Develop daily check-lists for each department and each shift and ensure they are being done well
- Review all payroll punches on a bi-weekly basis and approve time off requests
- Ensure proper staffing, planning and execution of banquets and events
- Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and Marriott International standards
- Review all adjustments daily and ensure proper notes are made
- Maintain BSA for F&B
- Maintain food safety logs
- Order food, beer, wine, liquor
- Utilize knowledge and understanding of Lightspeed
- Perform daily huddles
- Conduct monthly inventory and weekly bar inventory
- Attend and actively participate in weekly department meetings
