Job Requirements

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Completion of a background check
  • Previous experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager in a high-volume hotel or restaurant setting
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage service including wine, beer, and spirits
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of POS systems and general computer applications
  • Detail-oriented and service-driven
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of Springhouse Cafe, in-room dining, and special events
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a dynamic team to deliver warm, attentive, and authentic service
  • Collaborate with Food & Beverage Director and cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Drive guest satisfaction through quality control, employee engagement, and training
  • Monitor financial performance-manage budgets, control costs, and boost revenue through smart planning and creative promotions
  • Coordinate and execute special events, holiday functions, and unique dining experiences
  • Champion Hyatt's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and respect in the workplace
