Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager
- Knowledge of food & beverage service including wine, beer, and spirits preferred
- Proven leadership and team development abilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with POS and computer applications
- Detail-oriented with strong service mindset
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager in a high-volume hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, including wine, beer, and spirits is preferred
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of POS systems and general computer applications
- Detail-oriented and service-driven with a 'yes, and...' mindset
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of Springhouse Cafe restaurant, in-room dining, and special events
- Lead, coach, and inspire a dynamic team to deliver warm, attentive, and authentic service
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director and cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations
- Drive guest satisfaction through quality control, employee engagement, and training
- Monitor financial performance - manage budgets, control costs, and boost revenue through smart planning and creative promotions
- Coordinate and execute special events, holiday functions, and unique dining experiences
