Job Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the Springhouse Cafe restaurant, in-room dining, and special events
- Lead, coach, and inspire a dynamic team to deliver warm, attentive, and authentic service
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director and cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations
- Drive guest satisfaction through quality control, employee engagement, and training
- Monitor financial performance-manage budgets, control costs, and boost revenue through smart planning and creative promotions
- Coordinate and execute special events, holiday functions, and unique dining experiences
- Champion Hyatt's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and respect in the workplace
