Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the Springhouse Cafe restaurant, in-room dining, and special events
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a dynamic team to deliver warm, attentive, and authentic service
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director and cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Drive guest satisfaction through quality control, employee engagement, and training
  • Monitor financial performance-manage budgets, control costs, and boost revenue through smart planning and creative promotions
  • Coordinate and execute special events, holiday functions, and unique dining experiences
  • Champion Hyatt's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and respect in the workplace
