Job Requirements

  • meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
  • requires 8th grade math level
  • requires high school reasoning level
  • requires 12th grade language use level
  • no employee will pose direct threat to health or safety of self or others

Job Qualifications

  • read, write and speak English
  • two to three years of fine dining experience preferred
  • two years banquet management experience preferred
  • previous supervisory or management skills and experience
  • food and beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • ability to communicate effectively with the public and employees

Job Duties

  • assist department head in oversight of food and beverage activities
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and service
  • help maximize profits through effective marketing and operations
  • interview, train, supervise, coach, schedule and manage food and beverage staff
