Job Requirements

  • Education level relevant to hospitality or management
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management
  • Experience in a hotel environment with multiple outlets
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol compliance
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous food and beverage management experience
  • Previous hotel and multi outlet leadership experience
  • Strong focus on service standards
  • Restaurant opening experience a plus
  • Passion to cultivate a positive and collaborative workplace culture

Job Duties

  • Direct and organize food and beverage department activities
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing
  • Maximize profits through outstanding customer service
  • Plan and direct administrative and operational functions of the food and beverage department
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
