Job Requirements
- Education level relevant to hospitality or management
- Proven experience in food and beverage management
- Experience in a hotel environment with multiple outlets
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol compliance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous food and beverage management experience
- Previous hotel and multi outlet leadership experience
- Strong focus on service standards
- Restaurant opening experience a plus
- Passion to cultivate a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Job Duties
- Direct and organize food and beverage department activities
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing
- Maximize profits through outstanding customer service
- Plan and direct administrative and operational functions of the food and beverage department
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
