Job Requirements

  • More than two years of post high school education
  • one to two years of employment in a related role
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • ability to manage budgets and forecasts
  • knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
  • physical ability to lift 20 to 40 pounds regularly
  • ability to stand and move continuously
  • vision to perform tasks such as seating guests and reading schedules
  • willingness to work in varying indoor temperatures

Job Duties

  • Plan and manage the restaurant, room service, bar, and catering operations to achieve customer satisfaction
  • ensure compliance with corporate, franchise, and regulatory policies
  • develop and manage departmental budgets and forecasts
  • lead recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • implement company programs to maintain safety and sanitary standards
  • market food and beverage outlets through promotions and menu management
  • respond to customer issues to ensure quality experiences
