Job Requirements
- More than two years of post high school education
- one to two years of employment in a related role
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- ability to manage budgets and forecasts

Job Duties
- Plan and manage the restaurant, room service, bar, and catering operations to achieve customer satisfaction
- ensure compliance with corporate, franchise, and regulatory policies
- develop and manage departmental budgets and forecasts
- lead recruitment, training, and development of staff
- implement company programs to maintain safety and sanitary standards
- market food and beverage outlets through promotions and menu management
- respond to customer issues to ensure quality experiences
