Job Duties

  • Manage the human resources within the department
  • Direct and oversee recruitment and development of employees
  • Develop, recommend, implement and manage the department's annual budget and business plan
  • Implement and manage all company programs to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations
  • Market the Food and Beverage outlets to increase guest engagement and revenue
  • Manage maintenance and sanitation of food and beverage areas and equipment
  • Respond to customer needs, issues, and feedback to ensure quality experience
