Job Duties
- Manage the human resources within the department
- Direct and oversee recruitment and development of employees
- Develop, recommend, implement and manage the department's annual budget and business plan
- Implement and manage all company programs to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations
- Market the Food and Beverage outlets to increase guest engagement and revenue
- Manage maintenance and sanitation of food and beverage areas and equipment
- Respond to customer needs, issues, and feedback to ensure quality experience
