Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of food and beverage leadership experience
- Experience in a hospitality-focused environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage a team of up to 10 staff members
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Direct and organize the activities of the food and beverage departments to maintain high standards of quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through exceptional customer service
- Plan and direct administrative and operational functions of the food and beverage department to meet daily operational needs
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer experiences
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff
- Spend significant time on the floor interacting with guests and team members to enhance service and team culture
