Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of food and beverage leadership experience
  • Experience in a hospitality-focused environment
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage a team of up to 10 staff members
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Direct and organize the activities of the food and beverage departments to maintain high standards of quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through exceptional customer service
  • Plan and direct administrative and operational functions of the food and beverage department to meet daily operational needs
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer experiences
  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff
  • Spend significant time on the floor interacting with guests and team members to enhance service and team culture
