Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Ability to work hands-on on the floor with team members and guests
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to comply with health and safety standards
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- One year of food and beverage leadership experience in a hospitality focus
- Strong team culture emphasis
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise and motivate all front and back of house staff
- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations
- Basic financial management skills for cost control

Job Duties
- Directs and organizes activities of the food and beverage departments to maintain high standards of quality, service and marketing to maximize profits
- Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the food and beverage department to meet daily operational needs
- Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
- Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
