Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years experience working in restaurant management preferred
- Strong wine and spirits knowledge base coming in
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Support the administrative functions of the wine and beverage programs at Eastern Standard, Standard Italian and Equal Measure
- Assist the Beverage Director and Wine Director on wine and cocktail menu development
- Participate in monthly beverage inventory
- Participate in beverage product ordering
- Assist in the day-to-day management of a team of FOH members
- Participate in restaurant opening and closing shifts as restaurant manager
- Lead by example to guide and empower the FOH staff on the floor, maintaining a hands on presence throughout each service
- Participate in staff food and beverage training and continuing education initiatives
- Assist with private event execution
- Take part in special projects as necessary
