Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • At least five years of food and beverage management experience
  • Valid alcohol license assignment
  • TIPS certification
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
  • Capability to manage kitchen and bar areas
  • Skilled in maintaining health and safety standards
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work on feet for 6 to 8 hours daily
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using reservation systems preferred
  • Willingness to undergo background check.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Five plus years of food and beverage operations and management experience
  • Alcohol license assignment
  • TIPS certified
  • Culinary and hospitality certifications preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred
  • SafeServe training and certification preferred
  • Experience with CPS! reservations preferred
  • Experience with golf facility food and beverage preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to calculate figures including discounts and percentages
  • Familiarity with financial concepts such as budgeting and forecasting
  • Problem-solving skills in variable situations
  • Ability to interpret written, oral, or schedule instructions
  • Strong customer communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Job Duties

  • Manage daily food service operations including menu planning, purchasing, inventory, receiving, and food preparation
  • Maintain and implement sanitary and food safety conditions and training
  • Ensure execution of product and service quality at highest levels
  • Prepare and update statistical reports to comply with regulations
  • Maintain kitchen and storage facilities to meet sanitary conditions
  • Establish policies and procedures for superior food and beverage service
  • Manage beverage service including restaurant and beverage cart operations
  • Ensure customer needs are met regarding offerings and beverages during play
  • Provide menu offerings and pricing for tournaments and special events
  • Execute tournament and special event food and beverage offerings
  • Lead team through hiring, training, and reviews
  • Create efficient work schedules to maximize productivity
  • Provide constructive feedback to employees to motivate and coach
  • Supervise daily activities, delegate tasks, and monitor budget
  • Train staff on service excellence, food prep, and alcohol management (TIPS).
